Product introduction

The  UF membrane module is made of high-strength hollow fiber PVDF homogeneous membrane wire, with a nominal pore diameter of 0.03 μ m, which has a strong resistance to chemical cleaning, and has a very high interception efficiency for particles, suspended solids, colloidal organics, microorganisms (viruses and bacteria) in the filtered liquid. UF hollow fiber membrane has high flow rate, stable effluent quality and high anti pollution ability. Our hollow fiber membrane wire has a uniform pore size structure, which can remove impurities, bacteria, microorganisms, etc. in the water. The characteristics of low pollution can reduce the operation cost and backwash frequency.

Hydrophilic property

By adding hydrophilic substances and unique formulation technology in the preparation process, the ncm ultrafiltration membrane module can keep the hydrophilicity of the membrane for a long time, make the water production flux more stable, and significantly improve the pollution resistance and cleaning recovery of the membrane filament.

High oxidation resistance

PVDF homogeneous membrane wire has high crystallinity and can withstand high concentration of oxidant, so it can obtain more thorough cleaning effect and longer service life.

High intensity and high flux

The ncm ultrafiltration membrane filament has very high average breaking tensile strength and average breaking elongation.

The unique aeration structure 

The ncm UF membrane module adopts an aeration device with a unique structure to ensure uniform aeration of membrane filaments and better air scrubbing effect.
